Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) or Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) is integral to ensuring a healthy workplace where all parties are given equitable treatment. Attracting and retaining a more diverse talent pool will not only support the long –term success of your organization, but will also contribute to the wider success of the Canadian agricultural industry by ensuring that all people who work in the sector are treated with equity and respect, and diversity is celebrated. As the voice of Canada’s agricultural industry, CAHRC has compiled those comprehensive EDI online training courses to equip sector, employers and employees across Canada with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt EDI in their daily work. Starting with the basic components and terminology of EDI, the training will lay the groundwork for those who may be new to this practice, and provide a deeper dive into several key areas for those who already started their EDI journey.
